Xeomin is incobotulinum toxin A. It works just like Botox. However, Xeomin's claim to fame is that it does not contain a complexing protein on the end which could cause you to form antibodies to the botulinum toxin. Antibodies could cause your treatment not to last as long or not work as well over time. Dr. Trussell personally has had both Botox and Xeomin. She believes they work equally well.
