Dr. Trussell  does not file insurance claims at Sei Bella. However, we will provide you with a coded receipt so that you may submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.  As Dr. Trussell is not a provider for any insurance company, it will be considered an out of network claim. She is not a provider for Medicare, Medicaid nor Tricare, so you can not file your own claim with them either.

The initial consultation with Dr. Trussell is $150
Initial lab work is $400 and this includes your pre pellet lab and post pellet lab. Lab must be done at our office. We do not accept lab brought in by the patient from another provider.
Follow up visits, if necessary, are $100.
Unlike most places, the cost of hormone replacement therapy does not vary by dosage. Women are charged $350 for their pellet insertion no matter how much they need. Men are charged $650 for their pellet insertion unless they require more than 2000 mg or more of testosterone, in which case the charge will be $750. Women get re-pelleted on average every 3-6 months. Men get re-pelleted about every 5-6 months. Supplements that may be recommended vary based on your symptoms and needs.
